Art. 1 – Payments and delivery times

  1. If payment is made via BANK TRANSFER, the books are generally shipped within 2-3 business days from the receipt of payment.
  2. If payment is made via POSTEPAY, the books are generally shipped within 2-3 days from receipt of the e-mail with which the buyer must us notify the payment.
  3. If payment is made via CREDIT CARD, the books are generally shipped within 1-2 days from the online payment.
  4. If payment is made via PAYPAL, the books are generally shipped within 1-2 days from the online payment.

Art. 2 – Delivery times

  1. In Italy, delivery times are approximately 4-5 days, or within a maximum of 10 days, from the date of confirmation.
  2. In the European Union, delivery times are 8-10 days, or within a maximum of 15 days, from the date of payment.
  3. In non-EU territories, delivery takes approximately 10-15 days or within a maximum of 20 days, from the date of payment.

Art. 3 – Tracking number and delivery

  1. The tracking number of the package is provided free of charge with all payment methods.Β Visit the website of β€œPoste Italiane” to monitor the progress of the shipment by clicking the following link, and enter the code, without spaces or dashes, in the form on the right. The site is only available in Italian.
  2. Outside the Italian national territory, the package is entrusted to your local postal service.
  3. Shipments are not insured. If the customer wants to insure the purchased product, he can send an email to LEGRENZI STUDIO for an update of the shipping costs.

Art. 4 – Delivery attempts, stocks, and refusal

ITALY

  1. ABSENT OF THE RECIPIENT: in case of non-delivery on the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice to inform the recipient that a second delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. In case of non-delivery on the second attempt, the courier will leave a new notice with reference to the place where the package is stored. The recipient can pick up the package at the Poste Italiane warehouse in the following 10 business days, including Saturdays,Β starting from the working day after the date that the post office takes charge of it. If the shipment is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender, who is responsible for the return costs.
  2. RECIPIENT REJECTION: if the delivery is refused, the recipient can put their signature in the appropriate box on the waybills. In the absence of the recipient’s signature, the same will be made by the delivery attendant. The shipment will then be in storage at the Italian branch of β€œPoste”, pending a possible release by the sender. After three days without any action, the shipment will be returned to the sender. The sender is responsible for the return costs.
  3. UNKNOWN RECIPIENT: if the shipment cannot be delivered to the recipient because the address is wrong/incomplete (lack of street number, street name, or square, etc.) a notice of stock will be sent to the sender. After three days without the correct delivery details, the package will be returned to the sender.

ABROAD

  1. RECIPIENT ABSENT: in case of non-delivery on the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice to inform the recipient that a second delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. In case of non-delivery on the second attempt, the courier will leave a new notice with the reference of the storage place. The recipient can pick up the package at theΒ local postal serviceΒ in the following 15 business days, including Saturdays, starting from the working day after the date of taking charge by the post office. If the shipment is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender, who is responsible for the return costs.

Art. 5 – Disclamer

  1. The main objective is to ensure that the order reaches its destination as soon as possible. However, the customer and/or recipient remains responsible for the products received and the delivery details provided at the time of purchase (always check for correctness).
  2. In case you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you can contact us by e-mail within three days from the date of receiving your order, preferably attaching a photo of the package and its contents.
  3. As already stated in the Conditions of Sale, the responsibility lies with the customer/recipient once the order has been shipped.

Art. 6 – Packaging

  1. Adequate packaging is provided inside the box to cushion any impacts that may occur during transport. The package will also be covered with a plastic film to protect against liquid elements.
  2. The books are kept in storage in a warehouse in Bergamo (Italy).
