Just saw these renders and I have to say they are stunning. Especially the enviroment. Hoping you could answer a couple questions regarding the process of creation.
What kind of trees did you use? From own library or bought? Itrees? Evermotion?
How many kinds of grass did you use for scattering
What about flowers? You own or bought from a collection?
What kind of lighting did you use from this project?
The texture of the stone wall use vraydisplacementmod or just bumpmap?
The stones/rocks made using a 3ds max script or simple poly modelling?
If possible please show how you made the water puddles on the street. Separate geometry for the water or part of the road texture?
Would love to see some more wireframes if possible.
Hi, we have a library with a lot of trees models "ready to use". But yes, we use Evermotion, Xfrog and some Onyxtree models
For the grass we use a Igrass library models. But usually we reduce a lot the polygon count. The Igrass models are too heavy!
Only VRaySun and VRaySky. No HDRI
the stone wall are with Displacement Modifier
Rocks with script
Water is by black and white texture on the reflaction channel. Very easy
