 Where I can buy the hardback?I'm in the UK and would like to buy the hardback version of this book, but I can't find anywhere to do so. Any links I find are dead.

as you can read on our website, no re-print in the future. Only PDF version (more practical and less expensive) also you can print yourself the book if you need.
