(*). Macho3001 - fan-tas-tic book this ! I pre-ordered it (English), got it a few days back. Can't put it down !! the book contains all ( & I mean ALL !) possible permutations settings for all settings and variables in V-ray discussed with FULL COLOR illustrations of tests done by the author, so its great for advanced/ experienced users to keep as a ready referencer & guide right next to their system while rendering. Now there's no need to fiddle around with/test what a particular change to a particular setting will result in & waste valuable time. A definite buy this...

(*). BrianKitts - It's frigging huge! I'm definitely impressed, I could have used this book a couple of years ago! I really like how it gives a ton of rendered images with various settings for every option in the engine, saves A LOT of time to test render and figure out which direction you need to be going.... being able to see how one button changed 10 different ways looks right away is great. I might have expected showing only 2 or 3 variations.... well done. great resource, I already informed that company librarian that this one will be permanently residing on my desk and anyone who wants can check it out from me!!

I'm very happy to announce the second edition of the book VRay 1.5 - LA GUIDA COMPLETA - seconda edizione in italian language. This edition has been corrected by all lexical and grammatical errors and it will include the upgrading to VRay SP2, that is currently available only in digital form.

Prima di tutto un grazie a tutti coloro che hanno contribuito all'enorme successo della Guida. Dagli utenti che per primi hanno creduto in questo prodotto fino alle persone che fisicamente mi hanno aiutato al suo concreto sviluppo. Non avrei mai pensato ad un così grande successo ed è stato completamente inaspettato. Siamo qiundi alla seconda edizione del nostro libro, VRay 1.5 - LA GUIDA COMPLETA - seconda edizione. Attualmente è in fase di produzione e vedrà la luce presumibilmente attorno al 20 di novembre, in concomitanza con l'uscita della versione in inglese (giorno più, giorno meno). Questo seconda versione è stata interamente corretta da cima a fondo e avrà integrato l'aggiornamento al SP2. La sua distribuzione avverrà tra circa 30 giorni, in contemporanea (giorno più giorno meno) con l'uscita della versione in inglese.

Per quel che riguarda l'ordine, rimarranno attivi. In questo modo sarà inviata una risposta automatica con tutte le istruzioni del caso. Anche i pagamenti possono essere tranquillamente effettuati. Quindi, chi acquisterà la Guida in questo periodo di transizione, riceverà tra circa un mese le prime copie della seconda edizione. Dopodichè le spedizioni riprenderanno il normale corso. The english translation of the book is almost finished. 95% is done and layout. There are still some production and commercial question to solve. It is assumed therefore that its sales will begin in October. In the meantime, i put online the summary and one free sample.
