(*). Macho3001 - fan-tas-tic book this ! I pre-ordered it (English), got it a few days back. Can't put it down !! the book contains all ( & I mean ALL !) possible permutations settings for all settings and variables in V-ray discussed with FULL COLOR illustrations of tests done by the author, so its great for advanced/ experienced users to keep as a ready referencer & guide right next to their system while rendering. Now there's no need to fiddle around with/test what a particular change to a particular setting will result in & waste valuable time. A definite buy this...
(*). BrianKitts - It's frigging huge! I'm definitely impressed, I could have used this book a couple of years ago! I really like how it gives a ton of rendered images with various settings for every option in the engine, saves A LOT of time to test render and figure out which direction you need to be going.... being able to see how one button changed 10 different ways looks right away is great. I might have expected showing only 2 or 3 variations.... well done. great resource, I already informed that company librarian that this one will be permanently residing on my desk and anyone who wants can check it out from me!!

(*). flash (Geometrician) - A very thorough guide and rich in very helpful explanatory illustrations, the inclusion of renders and commad screenshots is extremely useful, the comparison between different possibilities (often shown alongside each other so that one can immediately see the difference), and there is also much to be said for your personal suggestions supported by your own vast personal experience! I thank you for the great effort. Well done.
(*). falcon76 (Draughtsman) - Congratulations for real. This is one of “THE ONLY” computer books (and man have I read a lot of them) which you can read without sitting glued to the seat in front of the computer, because it has so many pictures which explain everything. I am also really surprised that the book is not just a bunch of broken-down tutorials, but a real and complete guide which teaches what ALL the parameters actually do. Sometimes even “bibles” don’t get that far.
(*). Karonte (Designer) - The guide arrived in record time. Although I must say I know VRay pretty well, the book (or rather BIBLE) is a well-worthy purchase. It is a MUST for anyone exploiting this engine to its full potential. Both for beginners and experts and whoever wants to have a proper organization of all information.
(*). flash (Geometra) - Una guida veramente scrupolosa e ricca d'illustrazioni molto esplicative, utilissima l'integrazione di rendering e screenshot dei comandi, ottimi i confronti diretti fra diverse possibilità (spesso messe una a fianco dell'altra per raffronti immediati), e poi che dire dei tuoi suggerimenti personali supportati dalla tua grande esperienza! Ti ringrazio anch'io per il grande sforzo compiuto. Bravo.
(*). falcon76 (Disegnatore) - Veramente complimenti. E' uno degli "UNICI" libri di informatica (e ne ho letti VERAMENTE tanti) che puoi seguire senza stare per forza davanti al computer grazie alle innumerevoli immagini esplicative. Sono anche veramente sorpreso del fatto che il libro non e' un insieme destrutturato di tutorial, ma una vera guida onnicomprensiva che ti permette veramente di capire cosa significano TUTTI i parametri del programma. A volte anche le "bibbie" non riescono in questo intento.

E' proprio un MUST per chi utilizza al 100% questo motore di render. Sia per il principiante sia per chi è esperto e vuole avere una riorganizzazione di tutte le informazioni.
